Guiding Hearts focus and dedication is on the emotional health and well being of others. The therapist works with diverse client populations to address an array of mental health diagnoses. Different modalities are used during the treatment process, including Cognitive-Behavioral and Person Centered Therapies.
Specialties include but not limited to:
Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Trauma, Adjustment, Stress, Anger Management, Child/Adolescent Behavioral or mood issues, Family Conflict, Relationship Issues, Suicidal Ideations
Case Management
Guiding Hearts case mangers provide services which assists an individual in gaining access to needed medical, social, educational, and/or other services. The agency locates, coordinates, and monitors appropriate services for each client.
Services are not limited to but include:
Assistance with the Long Term Care Process for you or your loved one. This includes completing needed paperwork or referrals to professionals to address your needs.
Assistance with Completing paperwork, includes Medicaid and Social Security applications.
In-home Elder care
Domestic violence information, support, or referrals
